Shipping and Returns

Shipping

If your artwork is shipped, it will be meticulously wrapped and packaged. I take special care to ensure it is well-prepared for its journey to you. It will be shipped within five (5) business days, and you'll receive a tracking number to keep you informed about its status.

Returns

Original Art

No returns on artwork bought in person.

If you purchased your artwork online without having seen it in person first, you have 7 days to email me about a return if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You’ll need to pack the artwork and arrange for its return at your own expense, using the same shipping service that delivered it to you. Once I receive the piece in its original condition, I will process your refund, minus my shipping costs and any applicable credit card fees.

Prints

As they are custom printed specifically for you, there are no returns or refunds on prints.

Damaged work

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please take photos right away—both before opening the package and of the damaged piece itself. If possible, have the carrier document the damage as well. Contact me immediately, and I’ll assist you in filing a claim and either replacing the damaged artwork or issuing a refund.
